• Act as an organ procurement organization or transplant center
• Guarantee specific waiting times or transplant outcomes

3. User Obligations

3.1 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when using our services. This includes medical history, contact information, and any other details required for coordination services. Providing false or misleading information may result in termination of services.

3.2 Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

• Indian transplantation laws (Transplantation of Human Organs Act, 1994)
• International medical travel regulations
• Immigration and visa requirements
• Financial and tax obligations in your home country

3.3 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Engage in organ trafficking or commercial organ trade
• Misrepresent your medical condition or eligibility
• Use our services for any illegal or unethical purposes
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our website or services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data

4. Intellectual Property Rights
