Important Considerations
Our Role as Coordinators
We are a medical coordination platform, not a hospital or medical provider. We facilitate connections between patients and accredited transplant centers, provide logistical support, and ensure transparent communication throughout your journey.
Waiting Time Variability
Waiting times for deceased-donor organs vary significantly based on medical urgency classification, blood type compatibility, organ-specific availability, and national allocation protocols. While typical ranges are several weeks to up to 6 months, individual cases may differ. We cannot guarantee specific timeframes.
Financial Transparency
All costs are disclosed upfront, including base medical costs and our 40% coordination service fee. No hidden charges. Detailed cost breakdowns are provided during the consultation phase.
Ethical Standards
All transplants are performed in full compliance with Indian national organ allocation laws, WHO Guiding Principles, and international medical ethics standards. We work exclusively with accredited facilities that follow strict ethical protocols.
